I received this Shirdi Sai Baba E Card with a Week end Wish from a Sai Devotee. To My Surprise the sender had also typed "Om Sai Ram" - 108 Times. I could not understand the purpose of the sender's typing the Sai Nama but i pray that all the wishes of this Sai Devotee Gets fulfilled.
