Sai Baba's Punyathithi was celebrated at Tumkur Shirdi - Sri Sai Baba Dwaraka Mandir, Tumkur on 06th Oct 2011. The Day Started with Kakad Aarti to Sai Baba. About 50 Couples took part in the Sheerabishekam to Sri Sai Baba at 6:30am. Baba's Sheerabishek & Panchamrutha Abhishek was performed & completed by 8:30am & Vastra Alankar was performed to Baba.

At 9:00am Baba's Mini Aarti was performed & Naivaitha given to him. At 12:00 Noon Baba's Madhyan Aarti was performed & Prasad Consisting of Puliyogra & Moong Dhall was given to Sai Devotees.

Sai Baba's Satcharita Parayan was meanwhile in full swing & Sai Devotees coming to the temple were performing Parayan from early morning itself after the Kakad Aarti.

At around 5:00pm Vishnu Sahasranam Chanting & Sai Satcharita Parayan chanting was performed. At 6:00pm Sai Baba's Palki Utsav was performed & palki returned back to temple by 6:45pm for the evening Dhoop Aarti. Sai Bhajans were sung after the Aarti & the Day ended at 9:00pm with Sai Baba's Shej Aarti & Prasad Distribution.
