1st Anniversary Celebrations commenced at the Largest Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Mandir of Karnataka at Amarjyothi Layout, Off Kunigal Road, Tumkur on 02nd Feb 2013 after it was opened in 2012 in a very Traditional way.

On the Occasion of 1st Anniversary Celebrations, The Day Started with Kakad Aarti to Sri Sai Baba followed by Sheerabishek & Alankar at around 7am. At 8am Homam & other Chanting was commenced. Bikshajali was performed in the nearby areas of the temple between 9am - 10am. After the completion of Homam at 10am, the Newly Installed Statue of Nandi & Simhasan to Sri Sai Baba was inaugurated. Maha Mangal Aarti was performed at 12 noon & Prasad was distributed after the completion of Madhyan Aarti.

By 5pm, Palki Utsav, Procession of Baba's Statue & Cultural Programs commenced & went upto 6pm, when the Dhoop Aarti for Sri Shirdi Sai Baba was performed at the temple Sanctum. After the Completion of Dhoop Aarti, Baba Bhajan Sandhya was performed. Other Spiritual Activities were meanwhile performed in the evening session. The Day Ended with Shej Aarti to Sri Sai Baba by around 9pm. Prasad was distributed to one & all gathered in the temple premises.
